You expressly agree to be governed by the terms and circumstances of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and any applicable Services' terms and conditions by visiting the Booking Platform, supplying your information, or using our Services offered on the Booking Platform. Your personal information will be stored and processed largely in India, which may have different data protection legislation than the country in which you are based. You consent to the transfer of information outside of your country of residency by using the Booking Platform and our Services.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was acquired or as required by law. Lexstays keeps online data connected to online behavioural advertising for a maximum of 365 days until it expires, subject to certain restrictions. The 365-day period may start over if the same user accesses or interacts with an ad, email, the Services, or a channel again. We may keep data about you if we have a legal obligation to do so; if we feel it is necessary to prevent fraud or future misuse; to enable Lexstays to exercise its legal rights and/or defend against legal claims; or for other legitimate reasons.
